He sells FAKE PAYPAL ACCOUNTS, after you pay him, he disappears. He creates a fake PayPal account for you for different countries. Then You Pay him , (the scam base) , he will show you and give you all the account and then came the next Scam Step. 

>>> He starts using same ID to create another account for different buyer, so now your bought account is useless. 

You will try reaching him out, he won’t respond. No WhatsApp and No other medium. A MF Scammer. 

  1. Creates a Fake PayPal Account 
  2. Get Payments 
  3. Uses same ID to create Fake PayPal again and Dupe Buyers. MF SCAMMER Nigerian.
  4. When You try to reach, no response at all.Â
